Refund & Return Policy
A return and/or refund of the product are/is only allowed under the following circumstances:
- Payment is made twice for the same package or service due to technical or Internet issue
- There is inability to attend the health screening appointment consistently, subject to review by our management team
The return and/or refund request must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the order.
The return and/or refund procedures are as follows:
- Please WhatsApp our customer support team at +6017-398 0311/ +6012-226 8818 / +012-226 8384 request for return and/or refund of the product.
- Please inform us the proof of purchase (bank in slip) through WhatsApp.
- After receiving your request, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions.
- Once your refund claims are processed, we will process your refunds of the within 7 to 14 business days.
Flexben.my reserves the right to reject any inappropriate or unreasonable returns and/or refunds.
